REIC Rentals was built by bringing together respected local rental companies in growth markets across North America. Each business earned loyalty the same way: deep community roots, long-standing customer relationships, and teams known for showing up, solving problems, and backing their rentals with real support.
We partnered with those teams and strengthened what already made them great. We invested in fleet readiness, safety, training, technology, and operational support, then connected locations through shared standards so customers could count on the same level of service everywhere.

Who we are Today
REIC Rentals is a unified rental partner built to support demanding jobs across North America. With 55 locations, we combine local teams who know their markets with the fleet depth, logistics, and service standards to support projects that cannot afford downtime. We deliver full-scope rental solutions across jobsite equipment, power and lighting, pumps and water management, and year-round climate control, including temporary heat, temporary AC and spot cooling, dehumidification, and ventilation.
For complex or high-stakes work, our Expert Solutions team builds integrated equipment plans, provides on-site service support, and can stage equipment on location to keep crews productive and schedules protected. We also bring proven innovation to the jobsite, including exclusive patented Jet Heat and Micro Jet flameless heating technology and solar hybrid lighting options that can reduce fuel use and simplify logistics.
